Returns and Exchanges


Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, cancellations will only be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date unless, otherwise specified in the product description.

Receiving your Order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Damage in Freight

Sometimes things don't go as planned and your item will arrive damaged in transit. Don't worry, we're happy to help you complete an exchange! To start an exchange, contact us at shop@bluemi.lk. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Items can only be exchanged for the same item.


Returns

We will gladly refund your full-price, online purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original receipt and in the original, unused condition. To start a return, contact us at shop@bluemi.lk. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Opened, used, worn or damaged items are not accepted. Paper goods including books, posters and prints are nonrefundable. Clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less applicable shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn apparel, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and paper goods such as books, posters and prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items.
