Blue Milk revealed the photos anchoring the chapters for their forthcoming Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Archive Edition book, covering Hasbro's 3.75-inch line of action figures first produced in 2010.
Inspired by the classic-Kenner packaging photography from the '70s and '80s, the chapter break photos are a collaboration between the publisher and top toy photographers including: Richee Chang, Stephen Hayford, Jax Navarro, Alex Weiner, and Jason Yang.
"Kenner's packaging photos brought the toys to life in a way that inspired our play as kids," said Blue Milk Co-Founder Rich Alot. "We wanted our chapter breaks to evoke the classic Kenner spirit, but take advantage of contemporary digital photography and photo manipulation tools. The talented photographers we've partnered with have created incredible scenes that give Hasbro's 3.75-inch action figure a life-like appearance. They look like stills from the Star Wars films!"
