Chapter Break Photos for The Vintage Collection Archive Book Revealed

Blue Milk revealed the photos anchoring the chapters for their forthcoming Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Archive Edition book, covering Hasbro's 3.75-inch line of action figures first produced in 2010.

Inspired by the classic-Kenner packaging photography from the '70s and '80s, the chapter break photos are a collaboration between the publisher and top toy photographers including: Richee Chang, Stephen Hayford, Jax Navarro, Alex Weiner, and Jason Yang.

"Kenner's packaging photos brought the toys to life in a way that inspired our play as kids," said Blue Milk Co-Founder Rich Alot. "We wanted our chapter breaks to evoke the classic Kenner spirit, but take advantage of contemporary digital photography and photo manipulation tools. The talented photographers we've partnered with have created incredible scenes that give Hasbro's 3.75-inch action figure a life-like appearance. They look like stills from the Star Wars films!"

Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Archive Edition is a comprehensive historical manuscript and detailed visual archive of one of Hasbro's most popular lines of 3.75-inch Star Wars action figures, The Vintage Collection. With 358 pages covering TVC action figures, creatures, vehicles and playsets, entries include a detailed record of each item with crisp, high-resolution photos. The book is available for pre-order now, and will start shipping to Kickstarter Backers in December 2021.
