Upon completion of the book, the author was fortunate to conduct two interviews with former toy industry professionals, at the last minute. The interviews answered crucial questions about Kenner’s MASK line, and uncovered the unbelievable origin story for Mattel’s BraveStarr. The information was too important to exclude, so the book was expanded from 136 to 148 pages to accommodate the content; hence the delay.
